Beevor & Co isn’t just a building company.

 

It’s boots in the dirt before sunrise, ready for a slab pour. It’s late-night pencil sketches and design tweaks when inspiration hits after the kids are asleep.

We’ve built everything from first homes and rural escapes to luxury canal living – and every project starts the same way: with the kind of care you only get when the owners are hands-on and in it with you.

We’re based in Mandurah and build across the Peel, Perth, and rural WA. Some clients are chasing their first set of keys, others want to take things to lock-up only, and some are designing the kind of home they’ll never want to leave. No matter the stage, scale, or brief – every build is treated as if it’s the only one on our books.

Q. What areas do you build in?

We’re based in Mandurah but build all across the Peel region, Perth, and beyond – rural and regional jobs are absolutely on the cards.

Q. Do you offer design services or just construction?

Both. We handle everything in-house – from initial design concepts, to compliance approvals and construction. We also offer 3D renders and interior design, even if you’re not building with us. We’ve spent years refining our process so you don’t have to guess your way through it. From budgets to build methods, we offer flexible, creative solutions that work for you and your lifestyle. You call the shots – we help you make the right ones.

Q. Do you only build custom homes?

We work with various designers to create custom plans tailored to your vision or unique requirements. We also offer a selection of pre-drawn plans that we’ve designed and are ready to go. Our pre-drawn plans can still be customised and are the perfect solution if you’ve got a straightforward block and want a faster, more streamlined pre-construction process.

Q. Can I use my own plans?

Absolutely! If you’ve already got plans, we’re happy to build from them, or collaborate to refine them. We’re plan geeks and always happy to provide guidance on layouts and functionality. Whether we’re starting from a blank canvas or building from your existing plans, we’re in.

Q. What if my block is tricky or I have a tight budget?

We love a challenge. Whether it’s a sloping block, tight access, odd shapes, or big ideas on a small budget, we’ll create a custom solution that works. By getting Beevor & Co involved early, we help reduce surprises and give you more control over timeframes and outcomes.

Q. Are your builds turnkey?

Yes – but we’re flexible. If you only want us to take you to lock-up or you’ve got parts of the project you want to manage yourself, we can adjust to suit. Since no two clients (or projects) are the same, everything we do is customized to you.
